These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the equilibriumdev.com website (the “Site”), operated by Equilibrium Software Development LLC(“Equilibrium Software Development,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to interfere with the Site or its security, attempt to gain unauthorized access to it, or submit information that is false, unlawful, or belongs to someone else without their permission.
The Site describes the software, website, and data services we offer. Any project we take on is governed by a separate written proposal or agreement between you and us, and where that agreement differs from these terms, the agreement controls. Prices and time frames described on the Site are general estimates, not offers.
Our contact form includes an optional checkbox for text messages. If you check it and provide a mobile number, you agree to receive recurring text messages from Equilibrium Software Development about your inquiry and any project we work on together, such as replies to your inquiry, scheduling, and project updates. We will never send you marketing or advertising by text message.
- Consent is optional. Consent is not a condition of purchase, and you can submit the contact form without it.
- Message frequency varies with your inquiry and project.
- Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan.
- To opt out, reply STOP to any message. We will send one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages unless you opt in again.

- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- By opting in, you confirm that you are the subscriber of the mobile number you provided, or have the subscriber's permission to use it.

The content of the Site, including its text, graphics, and logos, belongs to Equilibrium Software Development or its licensors. Client names, websites, and marks shown in our portfolio belong to their respective owners.
The Site links to websites we do not operate, including our clients' sites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
The Site and its content are provided “as is” for general information. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Equilibrium Software Development is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
